KBR appeals $85 million sodium dichromate verdict

The Ninth Circuit US Court of Appeals is set to hear engineering firm KBR’s July 26 appeal of a jury’s US$85 million negligence verdict in favour of 12 Oregon soldiers who say that they were not warned about toxic sodium dichromate exposures at an oilfield facility near Basra, Iraq, in 2003.
